Rates for delivery of orders abroad vary and depend on how fast you wish to receive your goods. Mail us for an estimate.


In stock / pre-order product delivery
In case of ordering products in stock and pre-order products (i.e. not currently in stock) your order will be dispatched in several shipments, unless Underground Fetish has the pre-order product back in stock within 5 working days. Should it take longer than 5 working days Underground Fetish will send your order in several shipments. Additional shipment costs are free of charge.

| Different Delivery Address
Underground Fetish offers the possibility to have your order(s) delivered to any address you may wish. During the ordering process you fill out your private address and an address to which you want your order(s) to be delivered. Your Underground account makes changing your data easy.


| In stock
Underground Fetish aims to process and deliver your order as fast as fast as possible, at least within thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. Delivery time is dependent on the method of payment you have chosen.

You can always access your account information to check when your product(s) was dispatched. Underground Fetish also sends you an email to inform you when your product(s) leaves our depot.


Delivery abroad
Deliveries abroad are generally delivered within 3-10 working days.


Deliveries of stock in our depot
Each product shows you the real-time stock status in our depot and the delivery time. The delivery time applies after receipt of your payment.Our invoices are prepared exclusively in Euros.

2. Pick up

Underground Fetish offers her customers the possibility to pick up goods in the Underground Fetish store in Amsterdam. However you first need to place your order via Underground Fetish site. We will send you an email acknowledging confirmation, indicating your order is ready for pick up.

Underground Fetish store is located in Amsterdam. When you come to pick up your order or have a question you report to the staff in the Underground Fetish store in Amsterdam.

Opening hours
You can pick up your goods in person at Spuistraat 44 in Amsterdam. As soon as your order is processed we will contact you either by phone or email to arrange a time for pick up. Pick up is possible (by appointment) daily from 12 am to 19 pm and on Friday & Saturday from 11 am to 19 pm.


Payment
On picking up your order at Underground Fetish you can pay with your ATM Card, Credit card, VVV coupon or in Cash. Of course it is also possible to pay your goods in advance by using one of the following direct debit methods: iDEAL, Credit card, Mr. Cash, PayPal, DIRECTebanking, ClickandBuy, Wallie-card and Pasterpay. After receipt of your payment you will receive an email confirmation.

3. Payment methods

We will charge your credit card when you make the order. Our system will verify your credit card details online and charge the amount. Your credit card details are not stored by us, so please state these anew with each order. Transfer is SSL encrypted. Please contact your bank, in case the payment is not possible. Check, if online shopping is permitted for your credit card.

   


All bank charges are to be borne by you. We will only dispatch goods on receipt of full payment of the amount invoiced. Our payments are taken care of by PAY.nl and these are also listed on your statement under the name: stichting pay.nl.

Our customer service will further answer any questions you may have on your personal information we have stored, or assist you in modifying your personal information. This page will provide you with the latest information should our Privacy Policy be subject to an amendment (latest update: October 12 2009).o places of residence outside the European Union.

Underground Fetish respects the privacy of all users of her site and is committed to respecting and providing the information you provide us. We use your information to process your order as smoothly as possible. We will not use your personal information unless we have your permission. Underground Fetish will not sell your personal information to third parties other than those third parties involved in processing your order.


Underground Fetish uses the collected information to provide her customers with the following services:
* When you order products we need your name, email address, delivery address and billing information in order to process your order and to inform on you how your order is proceeding.
* To make shopping at Underground Fetish an enjoyable experience we, with your permission, will collect and store your personal information, details of your order and the use of our services. This allows us to personalize the website and provide you with personalized offers that may be of interest to you.
* With your permission we will use your personal information to inform you on the development of our website and update you on special offers and promotions. Should you no longer be interested in this service you can let us know by sending an email to info@underground-fetish.nl.
* On registering an account with Underground Fetish we secure your information on a Secure Server. The type of personal information you provide us includes your name, address, telephone number, email address, delivery address and billing information. This enables you to place subsequent orders without having to enter this information again.
* Gathering information on the use of our site and the feedback we receive from visitors helps us in further developing and improving our website.
* When you respond to a promotion or competition we will ask you to supply us with your name, address and email address. This information will be used to implement the promotion, announce the prize winners, and to measure the response of our marketing activities.

Underground Fetish will not sell your personal information to third parties other than those third parties involved in processing your order. Our employees and third parties called in by us are required to respect the confidentially of your personal information.

5. Returns

| 14 day satisfaction quarantee
Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem. Underground Fetish allows you to return an undamaged product within 14 working days, as long as you return it in the original packaging. The simplest way is to call the store during opening hours at +31(0)20 – 3303337. You carry the costs involved in returning the shipment (and the original shipment costs of your order). Bank and transaction charges are also deducted from the amount to be re-credited to you.

Before returning or exchanging the product you need to contact us. We will then inform you what to do. Damaged or used goods cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition there are a few other exceptions exempting exchange of products. These are:

- Personalized or specially ordered products
- Redeemed or filled out (gift) vouchers
- Used, damaged or incomplete products
- Subscriptions
- Products not exchangeable for hygienic reasons

| Cooling-off period
You may return the product within 7 days without giving any reason for cancelling. Exceptions are personalized products or products specially ordered for you. Products can be returned as long as they are in the original packaging with any seals or wrapping unbroken. You carry the costs involved in the returning of the shipment, as well as the original shipment costs of your order. Bank charges are also deducted from the amount to be re-credited to you.
 
All cancellations need to be made know in writing to Underground Fetish, either by email, fax or regular mail, stating your full name and invoice number. After receipt of your cancelation we will contact you within 5 working days to inform you on how to proceed.


| Wrong size
In the event the clothes you ordered are not the right size, you can exchange the item for a different size. You pay the costs involved in returning the product, we pay the costs involved in resending you the product in the right size.


| Warranty
We replace products that are defective on receipt of the goods free of charge. However you need to notify us of a possible defect within three days of receipt of the goods. In caste the product is sold out and cannot be replaced, we will reimburse the full purchase amount. We of course assume any possible shipping costs and bank charges that may be involved. 
 
Should a defect occur to a product during the warranty period, we will replace that product. You need to return the product to us with a detailed description of the defect. You are responsible for the costs of returning the defective item. In case the product is sold out and cannot be replaced, we will reimburse the full purchase amount. Bank charges are deducted from the purchase price. Consumer items such as soap, candles, candy, etc. are exempt from warranty. We honor the manufacturer's warranty on the product you ordered. Should your complaint not fall within the manufacturer's warranty, we regret not to be able to grant you warranty.

Warranty is not granted if a product has been neglected, mishandled and/or improperly used. Warranty is void should any service or repair services other than the one appointed by the manufacturer have handled the product. 
 
To reimburse the purchase amounts we need your bank account number. For customers living abroad we also need the IBAN and BIC/Swift number of their bank. Reimbursement takes place within 14 days of receipt of the goods and all relevant information such as name, address, bank account number etc. Any possible above mentioned costs may be deducted from the purchase amount.
